I see my paintings as invitations to pause. To soften my gaze. To remember perspectives I can't believe I've forgotten.
​​My paintings are visual expressions of listening deeply—to sensation, to breath, to the subtle movement of inner weather.
My current work draws inspiration from meditation, natural rhythms, and the sky as a mirror of the mind: vast, ever-changing, and full of possibility.

I often incorporate intentional constraints into my process, a vestige of my background in design, as a way to deepen focus and invite curiosity over control.

When not painting, I spend my time working within my local community, and continuing to explore what it means to live—and create—with presence.
